DAY 1
JOHANNESBURG * SUN CITY RESORT * GAME VIEWING - PILANESBURG NATIONAL PARK * OVERNIGHT AT THE PALACE

Your guide will meet you on arrival and take you direct to Sun City, a journey of approximately two hours. On arrival at Sun City, continue to The Palace of the Lost City, for the check-in. Two nights accommodation have been reserved for your stay at The Palace Hotel with a daily English breakfast. Late afternoon we leave for the Pilanesberg National Park - home to the BIG FIVE, for game viewing. Tonight we dinner at one of the restaurants within the Sun City Hotel, where after you can either relax at the hotel or explore the activities at the Sun City Resort.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST * GOLF - GARY PLAYER COUNTRY CLUB * OVERNIGHT AT THE PALACE
After breakfast at the hotel, you will play where the greats of Golf have tested their skills at the Gary Player Country Club - "host to the annual Million Dollar Challenge". Situated in the Pilanesberg and forming part of the magnificent Sun City Complex this course is one of the most demanding in the country. It achieved world fame and drawing names such as Faldo, Woosnam and Ballesteros. This course, designed by Gary Player tests every part of a golfer's game. All the putting surfaces are tricky and the bunkers are well placed next to the greens. Water plays a major part at the 9th and 18th holes. The 14th green is completely surrounded by sand and the pampas grass should be avoided at all times. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 3
BREAKFAST * GOLF - LOST CITY COURSE * RETURN TO JOHANNESBURG
After breakfast we tee off at the Lost City Course. This course is superb to play on and in a style suitable to the rugged terrain of the Pilanesberg Mountains. Visually, the course appears easy but narrow fairways and greens sort the professionals from the Sunday players. The 13th hole boasts a water feature including live crocodiles. The sequence, length and the character of the holes are widely varied. On the back nine, there are only two consecutive par-fours. The 8th is a very short par-three; the 9th is also a par-three but much longer. Each hole has a character of its own, regardless of length. After the round of golf we make our way back to Johannesburg at the end of a memorable journey.

You have time to unpack and get ready for your first round of golf at the Lost City Course. This course is superb to play on and in a style suitable to the rugged terrain of the Pilanesberg Mountains. Return for breakfast at the hotel, where after you will play where the greats of Golf have tested their skills at the Gary Player Country Club - "host to the annual Million Dollar Challenge". DAY 3
BREAKFAST * HOT-AIR BALLOON RIDE - RETURN TO JOHANNESBURG
An early morning rise for a spectacular adventure - a hot-air balloon ride to catch the sunrise over the plains of the beautiful Pilanesburg National Park. This offers a unique opportunity to view game from above. After this truly unique experience we make our way back to Johannesburg at the end of a memorable journey.
